Creating New from Old
Sometimes you'll be lurking around your photo archives and discover old photo's you took ages ago. Because you've advanced and have become more knowledgable it can sometimes lead to new work for you to show off. I did this recently with two photo's I took about 3 years ago and a background shot that was even longer!
So I stumbled across these two images:
Did a little bit of tweaking to the background to straighten it and then cut out the model to stick over the top and begin making a composite.
Few more adjustments to the final image. Dodge and burn and some level's etc I think I came up with a pretty cool image.
So you see sometimes images you have backed up in your archives can lead to making decent images in the future. Don't delete! Check back from time to time and always be on the look out for things you can create that could be used for future work!
Oh and maybe I also found some other bit's where I made this too ;)
